How do I place my order?
You may place your order online using our secure shopping cart and checkout system or by phone. Call us at 405.364.8450.

There are several reasons you may want to place your order by phone:

· You have a discount code and would like it applied to this purchase
· You are purchasing more than one item
· You would like to pay via Paypal or personal/corporate check
· You are local (Norman, OK) and would like to arrange for pick-up/delivery

Step-by-step directions for online purchase: Show Example

1) On the product page, review description, dimensions, etc.
2) Move your mouse over the smaller thumbnail images to view larger images.
3) In the quantity box, enter the number of pieces you would like to purchase. See quantity available in parentheses.
4) If you would like to purchase a Display Stand, enter quantity in box (this option available with select items). Click on the "Add Giftwrapping" box if you'd like us to wrap your gift (this option not available on larger and/or heaviest items).
5) Click on "Add To Cart".

What forms of payment do you accept?
· You may pay by credit card through our secure online check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
· When placing your order by phone, additional payment methods are accepted, including credit card, Paypal, or personal/corporate check (USD). No money orders or cashiers checks, please. Items purchased with a check will ship when payment clears the bank, generally 3-5 business days. Just contact Customer Service at 405.364.8450.

Is my credit card payment secure?
Security of your personal information is top Priority at BeautifulBowls.com. Our website supports secure online purchasing through secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Your sensitive data will be protected with the highest grade of protection through 256-bit encryption. Learn more.

What are my shipping options?
We ship all goods through the United States Postal Service. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service) unless Express Mail (1 day service) is selected during the checkout process. Currently, we do not use Parcel Post as it is not suitable for shipment of fragile items.

When will my item ship?
Most of the bowls and other items you see on BeautifulBowls.com are available for immediate purchase and delivery. All on-site works of art ship within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday (excluding legal holidays), unless otherwise noted on the Product page.
NOTE: Consignment, Special Order and engraved items do not qualify for immediate shipment. Please contact us for more information.

I want to purchase a gift. What should I know about your gift services?
· If you would like your order to be shipped to an address other than yours, just enter the recipient's address in the Ship-to form during checkout.
· If you are ordering multiple items, please place your order by phone. 405.364.8450.
· Gift-wrapping is available for $9.95 and can be added during the checkout process. Gift-wrapping is not available for larger and/or heaviest items.
· Gift-wrapping includes quality slick white box, heavyweight wrapping paper and white ribbon and/or bow. If you submit a gift message, we will include a personalized gift card and attach it to the box. Price will be removed.

What is your return policy?
BeautifulBowls.com is committed to providing quality customer service in all respects. It is our goal to insure 100% customer satisfaction. Please feel free to return items following the procedures below:
· FOR ITEMS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION: If you wish to make a return, please call us at 405.364.8450, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm CST, within 5 days after receipt of item.
· All items should be returned in original condition and should be re-packed in the original box and packing materials.
· You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for items damaged in return transit (so please pack carefully).

· BeautifulBowls.com must receive the item within 7 days after notification of return.
· BeautifulBowls.com will notify you of refund status, by email or postal mail, once we are in receipt of the return and have judged it to be in original condition. You can expect a refund in the form of original payment, excluding shipping costs and 15% restocking fee, within 5 days of our receipt of the return.
· Used, altered, or otherwise sullied items will not be refunded.
· FOR DAMAGED ITEMS: BeautifulBowls.com is experienced in packing and shipping fragile items. To date, we have had no merchandise damaged in transit to customers and we will continue to do everything possible to maintain this record. However, should an item arrive damaged, please Contact Us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) so that we can make proper arrangements. Please retain all original packing materials.

Your information will only be shared to the extent necessary to fulfill the order and to insure you receive the quality customer service we are committed to providing.
